As Senior Creative at &Gagement, I was responsible for guiding the full creative process from start to finish. I translated strategies and ideas into strong visual concepts while overseeing both internal and client-facing projects. With a broad skill set, I worked across UX/UI, motion, stills, and campaigns.
During my time there, &Gagement made the strategic decision to fully commit to strategy, consultancy, and an offline-focused direction, which meant they phased out their in-house design activities. Before this shift, my role covered:
• Developing and executing creative concepts for both internal and external projects
• Designing visual communication in a wide range of formats: stills, advertising, motion design, and UX/UI
• Contributing to both internal branding and client campaigns
• Collaborating on strategy and creative direction within projects
• Applying my skills flexibly across different media and platforms – from social content to digital applications
• Ensuring a consistent and impactful visual style across all projects -
Lead Graphics Designer
Photoshop / Illustrator / After Effects / Premiere / In-Design
• Full Rebranding
• Creation of all brand-assets and guidelines, such as templates and a Brandbook
• Management of the graphics team
• Creation of internal branding for multiple projects, maintaining the brand look and feel
• Mesh and Texture creation and re-creation for multiple 3D objects for use "in-game"
UI&UX Designer
Figma / Illustrator / Trello
• Creation of the look-and-feel for all UI elements
• Front-end work on various scripts, backing the dev work

Social Media Design Intern

• Creation of social media posts for publishing in multiple social outlets
